Crochet Apple – Perfect Enough To Eat!

Written Pattern:
Apple Red Yarn
Make a slipknot, ch 2, make 6sc in the first ch that you made. = 6
1 inc x6 = 12
1 sc, 1 inc x6 =18
2 sc, 1 inc x6 =24
3 sc, 1 inc x6 = 30
4 sc, 1 inc x6 = 36
5 sc, 1 inc x6 = 42
6 sc, 1 inc x6 = 48
8 rows of sc = 48


6 sc, 1 dec x6 = 42
1 row of sc = 42
5 sc, 1 dec x6 = 36
4 sc, 1 dec x6 = 30
3 sc, 1 dec x6 = 24
Stuff
2 sc, 1 dec x6 = 18
1 sc, 1 dec x6 = 12
Add more Stuffing
1 dec x6 = 6


Cut the yarn long enough, thread the yarn tail through the front loops of each of the last 6 st, pull the tail tight to close the hole.
Use the yarn tail and thread it through the apple to the bottom, skip a couple of stitches and thread the yarn tail back through the center of the apple and up to the top.
Pull the yarn tail tight so it makes an indent at the bottom and top of the apple and make a Knot to secure it. Hide the yarn inside the apple.

Stalk
Brown Yarn
Make a slipknot, ch 7
skip the last ch that you made and make 1 sc into each ch = 6
Cut your yarn long enough to stitch it onto the apple
Knot the two ends together.

Leaf
Green Yarn
Ch 10
3 dc into the 4th chain down
3 dc, 2 hdc
In the last chain make 1 sc, 1 ss, ch 1, turn your leaf, 1 ss 1 sc.
Now your working in the back of the chains
2 hdc, 3 dc,
3 dc into the same chain as the previous 3 dc that you started with.


Ss to the top of the first dc that you made
Ch 6, skip the last ch that you made, 1 sc in each ch.
Cut your yarn long enough to stitch it onto the apple.

      Hi I used a 3 mm crochet for this pattern, all the things you need to make this apple are on page 1 under the “you will need” section.
