Head
Make a slipknot, ch 2, make 6 sc in the first ch that you made = 6
*1 inc* x 6 = 12
*1 sc, 1 inc* x 6 =18
*2 sc, 1 inc* x 6 =24
*3 sc, 1 inc* x 6 = 30
*4 sc, 1 inc* x 6 = 36
Sc around for 7 rows = 36
*4 sc, 1 dec* x 6 = 30
Sc around for 1 row = 30
*3 sc, 1 dec* x 6 = 24
*2 sc, 1 dec* x 6 = 18
Stuff
*1 sc, 1 dec* x 6 = 12
*1 dec* x 6 = 6
Cut the yarn long enough to stitch it onto the blanket, thread the yarn through the front loops of each of the last 6 st.
Ears (Make 2)
Make a slipknot, ch 2, make 6 sc in the first ch that you made = 6
*1 inc* x 6 = 12
*1 sc, 1 inc* x 6 = 18
Sc around for 3 rows = 18
*7 sc, 1 dec* x 2 = 16
Sc around for 2 rows = 16
*6 sc, 1 dec* x 2 = 14
Sc around for 1 row = 14
*5 sc, 1 dec* x 2 = 12
Sc around for 2 rows = 12
*4 sc, 1 dec* x 2 = 10
Ss to the next stitch, cut the yarn long enough to stitch it onto the head. Don’t stuff the ears.
You can stitch on the eyes and nose anyway you like.
Optional
Arms (Make x2)
White
Make a slipknot, ch 2, make 4sc in the first ch that you made = 4
*1 sc, 1 inc* x 2 = 6
*2 sc, 1 inc* x 2 = 8
To make the thumb ch 3 and ss back into the front loop of the last stitch.
Ss to the next st and chain 1 with your main color, tie the 2 ends together so they don’t come apart.
17 rows of sc = 8
Ss to the next stitch, cut the yarn long enough to stitch it onto the head.
