How To Crochet A Big Mushroom

Written Pattern:

Red yarn

Make a slipknot, ch 2, make 6sc in the first ch that you made, pull the tail tight = 6

*1 inc* x6 = 12

*1 sc, 1 inc* x 6 = 18

*2 sc, 1 inc* x 6 = 24

*3 sc, 1 inc* x 6 = 30

*1 inc, 4 sc* x 6 = 36

*5 sc, 1 inc* x 6 = 42

*1 inc, 6 sc* x 6 = 48

Sc around for 1 row = 48

*7 sc, 1 inc* x 6 = 54

Sc around for 1 row = 54

Cut your yarn leaving a long tail to stitch onto the stem.

White Yarn

Make a slipknot, ch 2, make 6sc in the first ch that you made, pull the tail tight = 6

*1 inc* x 6 = 12

*1 sc, 1 inc* x 6 = 18

*2 sc, 1 inc* x 6 = 24

1 row of sc in blo = 24

Sc around for 3 rows = 24

*10 sc, 1 dec* x 2 = 22

*9 sc, 1 dec* x 2 = 20

*8 sc, 1 dec* x 2 = 18

1 row of sc = 18

*7 sc, 1 dec* x 2 = 16

*6 sc, 1 dec* x 2 = 14

Sc around for 6 rows = 14

Stuff

*5 sc, 1 dec* x 2 = 12

*1 inc* x 12 = 24

*3 sc, 1 inc* x 6 =30

*4 sc, 1 inc* x 6 =36

*5 sc, 1 inc* x 6 = 42

*6 sc, 1 inc* x 6 = 48

*7 sc,1 inc* x 6 = 54

Sc around for 1 row = 54

Cut your yarn and hide the tail on the inside.

Cut a piece of white yarn and use your yarn needle to add some white spots to the top of the mushroom.

When your finished knot the two ends together on the underneath.

Fold the white top down and place the red piece on top, use the red yarn tail to stitch the two pieces together.
