How To Crochet Pumpkin Coasters

Written Pattern:

Pumpkin:
1.
Make a slipknot, ch 3, make 16 dc in the first ch that you made, ss to the top of the first dc = 16

2.
Ch 2, 2 dc in the same st as the ch 2, 1 dc inc in each st, ss to the top of the first dc = 32


3.
Ch 2, 1 dc in the same st as the ch 2, 3 dc, 8 inc, 8 dc, 8 inc, 4 dc = 48

4.
Ch 1, 1 ss in the same st as the ch 1, 1 sc, 2 hdc, 4 dc, 8 dc inc, 5 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc, 2 ss, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 5 dc, 8 dc inc, 4 dc, 2 hdc, 1 sc, 1 ss.

Cut the yarn and hide both the starting and finishing tails in the back of the coaster.

Stalk:


Insert your hook into the last ss that you made, make a slipknot and pull it through the st, ch 3, 2 dc in the same st as the ch 3, 2 dc in the next ss (from row 3), 2 dc in the next ss (this is the first ss that you made in row 4), ch 3, 1 ss in the same st as the last 2 dc.

Cut the yarn and hide the tails in the back of the stalk.
