Written Pattern:

Pink Yarn:
Make a slipknot, ch 3 (does not count as a stitch), 10 hdc into the first chain that you made, ss to the first hdc you made and change colors. = 10

2.
Cream Yarn:
Ch 1, 1 hdc inc in each st, ss to the first hdc. = 20

3.
Cream: Ch 1, 1hdc in the same st that you ss into, 1 hdc inc, *1 hdc, 1 hdc inc* x 2, 1 hdc (10 st so far),

Orange: (hide the working cream yarn behind these stitches and do the same anytime you change colors) *1 hdc inc, 1 hdc* x 2, 1 hdc inc, = 8

Cream: *1 hdc, 1 hdc inc* x 2, = 6

Orange: *1 hdc, 1 hdc inc* x 2, ss to the first hdc = 6
Total stitches = 30

4.
Orange: Ch 1, 1hdc in the same st that you ss into, 1 hdc, 1 hdc inc, 2 hdc, 1 hdc inc, = 8

Cream: *2 hdc, 1 hdc inc* x 3, = 12

Orange: *2 hdc, 1 hdc inc* x 2, = 8

Cream: *2 hdc, 1 hdc inc* x 3, ss to the first hdc = 12
Total stitches = 40

Orange: (1 hdc, 2 dc, 1 tr, all in the same st) (1 tr, 2 dc, 1 hdc all in the same st) 2 hdc, 1 hdc inc, = 12

Cream: 4 hdc, 1 hdc inc, (1 hdc, 2 dc, 1 tr, all in the same st)
(1 tr, 2 dc, 1 hdc all in the same st) 2 hdc, *1 hdc inc, 4 hdc,* x 2, = 28

Orange: 1 hdc inc , 4 hdc, 1 hdc inc, ch 17, skip the last 2 ch, 1 dc in each st = 15, ss to the last hdc that you made, 4 hdc, = 12 (not including the tail)

Cream: 1 hdc inc, 4 hdc, ss to the first hdc = 6
Total stitches = 72 (not including the tail).
